We had a delightful series of sessions at Upper Hutt Mix over April/May exploring this idea of just being in the moment. There is a lot to be said for the ability to take a moment a be in the creative process. Joyful exploration with instruments, being together as a community and connecting to see how everyone is this week. working on regulation and joy.

Each week was led by song, supported by story and exploration of play through theatre.

I really enjoyed creating the intimate space of connection at MIX in Upper Hutt. It was one of the last times we got to work in this great space they had before e moving to a new location.

We left it filled with lots of stories, memories and magic.
